Kerry Washington's SNL Promos Bring the Scandal We already know she can command a room while wearing a flawless white pantsuit, but Kerry Washington's new SNL promos are a lovely reminder that she can bring the comedy heat too. The woman was in Peeples, for God's sake. This isn't her first time at the rodeo. Washington has such natural chemistry with Taran Killam, we can't help but hope that Kerry might get a visit from her brother…Tarry Washington. Oooo, scandal! &nbs

Bitch Stole My Look! Rita Wilson vs. Paloma Faith in Tom Ford Tom Ford calls this his "Ka-Pow" gown, and there's no mistaking why. Both Rita Wilson and Paloma Faith made an impact in the explosion-inspired ensemble. As much as we love the wild detail on both dresses, this is a case of a couture catch-22: the positive of such a bold style is that your look will be totally memorable, but that plus turns to a minus once someone else wears it... Our gut instinct is to prefer Mrs. Tom Hank's more muted black approach. The embellished sparks are just as powerful but somehow less "out there" against the black.

Neil Patrick Harris: Coming Out Is a 'Very Individual Thing' The coming out process is a very personal one and no one should be pushed into it, says Neil Patrick Harris. "I don't think doing it in an exploitative way makes sense. I just feel like that whole world is very personal," the actor, 40, said Monday on Huffpost Live. "Here's a good analogy – if you're going to jump into the pool and you're not sure how to swim, it's probably not so effective to just push someone into the pool ... It's probably not the best way." As for his own journey, Harris, who came out to PEOPLE in 2006, says he didn't want to cover up his love for his now fiancé, David Burtka. "For me, I fell in love with a dude and started spending all my time with him. And therefore, you don't want to be suppressive of that," the How I Met Your Mother star explains. "As I started working more frequently, with more

LACMA to Honor Martin Scorsese, Screen ‘Rebel Without a Cause’ On Nov. 1, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art will unveil a fresh restoration of Nicholas Ray’s "Rebel Without a Cause” — just one of several recent LACMA events spotlighting the work of Martin Scorsese and his nonprofit preservation org, the Film Foundation. The Gucci-sponsored restoration of "Rebel,” carried out by Warner Bros., demonstrates that popular pics can be just as susceptible to the effects of age as obscure ones. The original color negative had been badly faded and partly destroyed, owing to its use for repeated re-releases, while the stereo soundtrack master was erased and reused years ago. On Nov. 2, the night after the "Rebel” screening, LACMA will honor both Scorsese and painter David Hockney at the museum’s third annual Art+Film Gala, a benefit reflecting the LACMA board’s newly enlightened view that film is art

Cult horror flick 'Trick 'r Treat' gets a sequel: Michael Dougherty previews what's next for Sam -- Exclusive Michael Dougherty’s Trick ‘r Treat was the little horror film that could. Telling the story of Sam, the unofficial mascot of Halloween who punished anyone who dared to diss the holiday, Trick ‘r Treat was originally scheduled for a theatrical release in 2007. But after much confusion, the film was given a straight-to-DVD release in 2009. Four years later, the film has attracted a cult following, all of whom are dying to find out what’s next for Sam. The good news? There’s finally a sequel in the works. After tonight’s screening of the film, which closed out Beyond Fest 2013 at L.A.’s Egyptian Theater, Dougherty announced that Trick ‘r Treat 2 will be coming your way soon enough. With Legendary Pictures behind the film, Trick ‘r Treat 2 hopes to make its way to theaters, unlike its predecessor

Kelly Rowland Flashes Her Outie and Undies in Totally See-Through Style We now know two things about Kelly Rowland: she has a killer body and a large outie belly button. The X Factor judge stepped out in this rather unique Alon Livne jumpsuit on the Black Girls Rock red carpet. We don't know what's weirder, the totally sheer pants or the '90s power woman top. It's like this former Destiny's Child member is auditioning for a remake of Designing Women...on Cinemax. We could get behind this look if the pants weren't entirely see-through. A sheer midriff and peek-a-boo panels throughout would be way less intense. Same goes for the top. Less width in the half sleeves, and height in the neckline would take it from flashback to modern. That said, we always appreciate seeing a celebrity belly button, and Kelly's does not disappoint.

The Simpsons Will Retire Mrs. Krabappel Comedic actress Marcia Wallace tragically passed away this past Friday at age 70. Today, The Simpsons’ showrunner Al Jean released a statement saying that he was "tremendously saddened" by the news and that the show "[intends] to retire her irreplaceable character," Mrs. Edna Krabappel. Jean also explained that Wallace's "passing is unrelated" to the news that came out earlier in the month that the show was going to have one of its characters die this season. Krabappel has been a part of the show since its second episode, and with her perfectly condescending laugh ("Ha!") and blend of surly cynicism and hopeless romanticism, she served as the ideal foil for Bart. Wallace and Krabappel will be missed.

'Fifty Shades of Grey' pushes production start to December After an 11th-hour scramble to fill the shoes of best-selling author E L James’ dark hero Christian Grey, the Fifty Shades of Grey production start date has been pushed from mid-November to Dec. 2, according to The Hollywood Reporter. On Thursday night, it was revealed that British actor Jamie Dornan ("the Golden Torso”) had been tapped to replace Charlie Hunnam, who bowed out of the film a few weeks ago citing, rather dubiously, scheduling concerns. Dornan’s casting seems to have been met with sighs of relief from weary fans. But the delay of a start date may mean that the Sam Taylor-Johnson adaptation won’t be ready in time for the planned Aug. 1, 2014, release date. Focus/Universal did not immediately respond to requests for comment. &n

'Entourage' Movie Deal May Close Today The long-rumored Entourage movie may become a reality today, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Although the movie got the green light from Warner Bros. in January, two years after the Entourage series finale in 2011, execs have been negotiating contracts with the cast to determine who will return for the movie. Today, actor Jerry Ferrara, "Turtle" on Entourage, appeared on The Wendy Williams Show and said the film is "looking real good" and that the final deal "could be closed today." He said he's hopeful that shooting will begin in January. Reports had been circulating that Ferrara and Adrian Grenier, who plays actor Vincent Chase in the series, had been slowing the process with demands for more money. Previously, actor Jeremy Piven's pay was rumored to the root of the cast's salary disagreements, according to THR. Ferrara asserted today, though, that the ho
