The Hurt Locker actor, 35, was booked Saturday morning in New York City after he refused to take a Breathalyzer test, an NYPD spokeswoman said. Officers initially pulled over Mackie's red 2010 Dodge Charger at 1:22 a.m. in East Harlem for tinted windows, which is illegal in the state. Police say that they smelled alcohol on Mackie's breath, and that the actor had bloodshot eyes. Mackie refused to take a Breathalyzer test, and he was subsequently arrested on a charge of DWI and booked at the 28th Precinct in Central Harlem.
