Jackson, Nathan Fillion Part two of this trilogy based on the novels by Rick Riordan finds director Thor Freudenthal, who got Fox's other kid-franchise, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, off the ground, subbing in for Chris Columbus. All of the main young demigods are back, with a scaled-back (and therefore less expensive) adult supporting cast featuring Anthony Head as Chrion, replacing Pierce Brosnan.
