Filmmaker Matthew Miele dedicated one year to interviews with Bergdorf's enthusiasts from the fashion industry and beyond; in total, it's reported that he spoke with nearly 200 people at the fabled department store that apparently didn't have much of a historical archive of its own. Of all his subjects, we hear window designer David Hoey gives the documentary its soul.
